What we collect

Your email address, a display name you choose, your bracket picks, and any chat messages and reactions you post. That is all.

Why we collect it

Your email is used only to sign you in (we email a one-time code, there is no password) and is never used for marketing. Your name, picks, and messages power the leaderboard and pool chat. We do not sell or share your data, and there is no advertising or third-party tracking.

Where it lives

Data is stored in a private Supabase (Postgres) database. Sign-in codes are delivered by Resend. These providers process data only to run the pool.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for the duration of the tournament pool. You can ask to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted at any time, and an admin will remove it.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. If you are in the EU or UK, we process your email on the basis of taking steps at your request to let you into the pool, and the rest on the basis of legitimate interest in running it.

Contact

To make any request, contact the pool operator who invited you. See also the Terms of Use.
